There’s no doubt that Dubai is one of the irresistible dynamic places on earth. It offers some of the world’s most unique and modern attractions, there’s something new to see each time you visit.
Day 1
Arrive in Dubai and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day exploring the amenities in your hotel while you soak up the charm of this adventurous city.
Day 2
Dubai is one of the best cities to explore in the universe. Jump into the Hop-on/hop-off bus which provides an informative tour that gives you the best perspective of Dubai. What makes it even better, you can opt to jump off at any of the stops to explore further. No need to worry about getting another bus as they run in 10-15 minutes intervals so you won’t have to wait too long at any stops. Extend until evening hours so that you can catch the night lights of the city. Afterwards, go fill your stomach with delicious food. If you are not into oriental cuisine, fear not. Dubai is extremely cosmopolitan and you will find a lot of international places. Whatever you do in here, you’ll find it hard not to leave utterly captivated.
Day 3
Dreaming of getting wet this Christmas? There are plenty of options here. Start your day with adrenaline-pumping slides at the Aquaventure & Lost Chambers Combo or you can opt to visit the iconic Atlantis, The Palm and thrill your senses on the daring Ziggurat ride as it catapults you through tropical lagoons. Take the Leap of Faith or zoom through the dark tunnels of Shark Attack and be catapulted into the Shark Lagoon. Or maybe you will be brave enough to tackle Aquaconda, the world’s largest water slide. Use the remaining half day to get close to marine life in their own natural habitat as you wander deep within The Lost Chamber aquarium and discover fresh and seawater exhibit including sharks, rays, piranhas, moray eels and Arabian angelfish. Don’t forget to try the Tower of Neptune and Tower of Poseidon rides for the sheer thrill. But of course, if you just want to relax and watch everyone have fun, there are 700 meters of private beach too.
Day 4
After an early breakfast set out to the Dubai Mall of Emirates and pamper yourself with the beautiful shopping experience. Dubai is tagged as a “shop ‘til you drop” destination and nobody wants to miss the amazing opportunity. You will find every favorite brand of yours here from Gucci all the way to Chanel and Dior. Afterward, you can make use of your skiing skills at one of the world’s third largest indoor ski slope inside the mall. It offers a year-round ski experience and the world’s largest indoor snow park with winter activities available to people. Take to the snow for a day and enjoy skiing, penguin encounters, and snow bullet rides.
Then, you can proceed to the Dubai Gold Souk and feed your eyes with treasures of Dubai. Explore the Christmas Market that will be offering loads of deals, beautiful decorations, a firework display and other interesting attractions. Don’t miss the Dubai shopping festival that will be happening from 26 December 2017 – 27 January 2018. Believe it or not, there is no shortage of new experiences for first-timers in Dubai this Christmas.
Day 5
Ever heard of the IMG Worlds of Adventure? This is the best time to experience adventure at its peak. Head to the IMG Worlds of Adventure, which is the largest temperature-controlled indoor themed entertainment destination in the world. It is definitely going to wow you with the four epic adventure zones, two of which have been created with global adventure brands – Cartoon Network and MARVEL, while IMG Boulevard and Lost Valley-Dinosaur Adventure are an original concept from the IMG Group.
For more fun, take a stroll to the City Walk and soak up the incredible atmosphere where you can dine, shop and play. The South of Dubai is another new place not to miss. It is home to LEGOLAND Waterpark. Be ready for a lifetime experience here!
Day 6
The fifth day is the perfect time to unleash your adventurous spirit. Start by taking a trip to the world tallest building, Burj Khalifa. From the At The Top viewing area, buildings below seem like more crumbs and head up to level 122 you will be dining in the clouds at Atmosphere. Don’t worry you be served a cup of coffee here for the effort of scaling through the Burj Khalifa. If you are lucky enough to set your timing till after sunset the view is a truly magical experience. Or you can opt to go and have fun at the Yas Marina F1 Circuit, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi and experience the intense thrill of winning the race with your friends. Go faster than an F1 car, strap in, put your goggles on and prepare to be blasted 240km/h in 4.9 seconds on the world’s fastest underwater roller coaster. Now, there’s an experience of a lifetime.
Day 7
Discover Dubai in a unique way when you set out for Desert Safari. It is packed together with fun, adventure, culture, food, and entertainment all in one day.The Desert Safari SUVs pick you up right from where you’re staying. The tour starts with Dune Bashing, where a caravan of vehicles drives up and down the sand dunes, some as high as seven-floor buildings. It is the most enjoyable bumpy ride you’ll ever be on! Then, the rides end at a traditional Arabic-style camp in the middle of the desert where you can experience camel rides, belly dancing, Turkish dancing, Sheesha (or hubbly bubbly), Henna painting and a delicious spread of Lebanese cuisine. As the night falls, and the chilly desert breeze hits you, the vehicle’s drive you back into the city and leave you with memories to last you a very, very long time.
Day 8
Forget the itinerary and explore the city at your own pace. Take pictures, do a boomerang with the Burj Khalifa as a backdrop. This would make your friends at home insanely jealous. Remember that any way you plan to spend your vacation, the most important thing is to enjoy yourself and stay safe.
